We are able to offer a unique perspective on staffing and management issues because our CEO and owner is also a provider. This hands-on experience with each facility allows us to tailor the staffing needs to best accommodate our clinical sites. About Us
Mr. Tracy Young, MSNA, MBA, CRNA, CEO of YPS Anesthesia, graduated with his Master of Science Nurse Anesthesia from Texas Wesleyan University in 2000 and immediately began his practice providing services to several facilities in Louisiana. His practice was very autonomous, and he provided OR and OB coverage for medium-sized hospitals. Mr. Young also received a Master of Business Administration-Healthcare from the George Washington University in 2008 and is currently the CEO of YPS Anesthesia. His time is spent overseeing the administrative duties and growth of YPS Anesthesia and its subsidiaries which includes exclusive anesthesia contracts at over 60 facilities in 7 states and over 450 anesthesia providers. Mr. Young also has diverse investment holdings inside and outside of healthcare and he is a two-time former State President for the Louisiana State Association of Nurse Anesthetist, as well as currently sitting on several other boards.

A graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland and veteran UAV Navy Pilot with over 20 years of executive leadership experience, Brian brings a passion for people and outstanding process and technology skills to YPS.

Mel is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has over 20 years of executive leadership. He is a strategic leader responsible for talent acquisition and resource management.
Dr. Hai Tran
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Tran has been practicing medicine since 2004. He attended UC Berkeley for his undergraduate degree and then attended medical school at Texas A&M School of Medicine. His residency and internship was done at UT at Houston Medical School.
Colby LaFleur, CRNA
VICE PRESIDENT, CLINICAL SERVICES
A graduate of Texas Christian University, Colby brings over 13 years of clinical experience and leadership to YPS.

YPS Anesthesia is an expanding full-service, turnkey managed anesthesia practice for single- and multi-specialty surgery centers and hospitals currently serving a multi-state region including Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
